Morning Star Lullaby is a setting of a lullaby in the language of the Native American Wichita tribe.  Since this is not a written language, it is fast becoming lost as only a handful of individuals still speak it.  Morning Star Lullaby was commissioned by Tracey Gregg-Boothby who is a member of the Wichita tribe.  The piece was commissioned to preserve and celebrate the music of her tribe's heritage.
