fog (zimmerman) (satb) (pdf when ordered for entire choir)

Fog is from Chicago Poems by Carl Sandburg (1916).  The text should be whispered very slowly and continuously, using all of the nuances inherent in the words.  Sections should stagger entrances within themselves and employ staggered breathing so that there is a continuous whispering sound.
